Hi, I’m Jennifer Quintana, a board-certified nurse practitioner passionate about providing accessible, compassionate, and personalized care.

I believe healthcare should feel simple, convenient, and personal. My goal is to provide accessible virtual care for patients who want quality healthcare without long waits, crowded offices, or a complicated process.

I offer telehealth visits for everyday health concerns, prescription refills, medication management, lab and diagnostic orders, weight management support, and assistance with medical forms when appropriate.

My focus is creating a comfortable experience where patients feel heard, supported, and cared for all from the comfort of home.

As the practice continues to grow, additional wellness services, including IV therapy and other wellness offerings, will be coming soon.
